Please explain the issue you're having with as much detail as possible. Describe the exact steps we need to take in order to reproduce the issue.:
I have activated all nameplates IG doing ctrl+v , everything is fine with the friendly NPCs and players , but not for the enemy players. I have the blizzard frame for the enemy players and their pet. In the elvui options I have enabled ennemy player but nothing, I tried to paste the same options than friendly player to be sure, nothing either.
